Terms of Service

Scalily Store sells access to third-party digital subscriptions and services. Products are digital by nature and delivered electronically.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and email information. Delivery is sent to the email you provide at checkout or redemption.

Payments are processed through Chargily using supported Algerian payment methods (CIB and Edahabia). An order is confirmed after Scalily Store receives payment confirmation.

Each order includes a redemption key. Keys are for one successful redemption unless explicitly stated otherwise. Activation instructions are shown on the product delivery page.

Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing credentials, license keys, invitation links, or download URLs delivered by Scalily Store is prohibited.

Warranty is limited to the period displayed on each product and covers eligible product failures during that period. It does not cover misuse, sharing, or unauthorized modification.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Delivered, activated, or redeemed products may not be refundable except where required by applicable law.

Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or attempts to abuse the service may result in account suspension and cancellation of active products.

We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of every third-party product.

Scalily Store may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
